Day 1 - Mandatory Lecture

• Lean Six Sigma introduction
• The DMAIC methodology

Day 2 - Optional Statistics Review

• Introduction to statistical thinking
• Probability & probability distributions
• Sample confidence

Day 3 - Mandatory Lecture

• Statistical process control (SPC)

Day 4 - Mandatory Lecture

• ANOVA & introduction to full factorial design of experiments (DOEs)

Final Exam

• Take home final exam to be scheduled after evening sessions.
